Do I have to make an appointment/reservation?

No, a reservation or appointment is not required. The only time a booking is required is for birthday parties, private dodgeball court rentals, facility buyouts, and group events.

What are your regular hours?

Sunday to Thursday 10am to 10pm and Friday & Saturday 10am to 12pm (midnight)

How much is General Admission?

A regular single jump ticket is $16 for 1 hour, $21 for 1.5 hours and $26 for 2 hours.

Do you have any Special Rates?

We have a few different pricing options for Toddler Time, Neon Lights, Military personnel and guests with Special Needs.
The Toddler Time rate is $11/hour for children under 6 and applies Mon-Fri 10am-1pm and Sat/Sun 10-11am.
Neon Lights is $25 for 3 hours, Friday and Saturday from 9pm-midnight.
Military personnel (past and present) and immediate family members receive 50% off jump time with Military ID
Guests with special needs jump for $8/hour. An aide/parent/caregiver jumps for free with them

What is the Special Needs rate?

Guests with special needs jump for $8/hour any time, with an aide/parent/caregiver able to jump with them for free. Trampoline grip socks are still required for both jumpers for $3/pair and are yours to keep. Join us every Tuesday when we turn down the music for a more sensory-friendly experience (all day).

Do you have any family rates or discounts?

Your best option is to purchase a Family Pass or Toddler Pass, which are both 10 hour cards that can be split up between immediate family members and never expire! Please see "Jump Passes" for more information and pricing.

What is Mobile Check-in?

If you have purchased your tickets online, you can use our specially designated cashier lanes marked "Mobile Check-in" to skip the line!

Do you have a weight restriction?

No, the trampolines do not have a weight restriction. However, we do recommend that guests over 350 lbs refrain from jumping, as the excessive cardio may cause serious health complications such as cardiac arrest. Guest safety is our primary concern, so please check with your health care provider before jumping.

Is there a place to put my stuff? Do you have lockers?

Yes, we have lockers and storage cubbies around the facility. Lockers require ($0.50) and are a one time use. Cubbies are free to use at your discretion.

Can I jump with a cast on?

As guest safety is paramount at our parks, we do not allow guests to jump while wearing a cast for the safety of the jumper and those around them.

What should I wear?

We recommend gym attire and clothing that does not restrict your range of movement. Wear something you don't mind getting sweaty in, as jumping can be quite the workout!

Are we allowed to record using our devices in the facility?

Yes, this is permitted and is covered under the waiver. However, we recommend that you leave all phones and devices in a locker or use them on the carpeted areas only.

How do I know when my time is done?

The colour of your wristband indicates to the Court Monitors when your jump time is done. Court Monitors will kindly let guests know when it's time to exit the courts.

Do you have a fridge/freezer for an ice cream cake/cupcakes?

Yes we do! Please let your Party Host know that you brought a special frozen dessert and they will store it properly for you.

Are socks included?

Trampoline grip socks are not included in the party packages because some guests may already have trampoline grip socks, which they are welcome to bring and re-use. Trampoline socks are $3/pair and will be added to the final bill at your party.

Do you keep my credit card information on file?

No, we do not store any credit card information given over the phone for a party deposit. You may pay your remaining party balance with the same or different form of payment at the end of your party.

Do you have plates, cutlery etc... for cake?

Yes, we take care of all the plates, cutlery, napkins and cups for your party as needed for pizza, cake and pop pitchers. We provide lighters, cake knives, and pie servers for your cake service. Please bring your own candles.

Can I bring outside food/beverages in?

No, we ask that no outside food or beverage is brought into our facility.

Do you have gluten-free options?

Yes, we proudly serve a range of gluten-free pizzas using premium gluten-free crust.

Can I bring in cake/cupcakes?

Yes, if you booked one of our party packages, you are permitted to bring in a special birthday dessert, whether it's cake, cupcakes, donuts or other special treats!

What if I have a guest with a food allergy?

If we cannot accommodate the food allergy at the Drey Café, special permission must be granted by a manager to bring in outside food for only the guest with allergies.

Does the Flying Squirrel make the food?

Yes, all our food is prepared fresh to order from quality ingredients. Pizzas are topped in house and baked fresh, fruits and vegetables are cut fresh every day to make our platters.

Do you have to pay a deposit?

Yes, we require a $100 deposit for our Bounce and Super Fly parties. Group events must pay a deposit equal to 50% of the event cost. The deposit will be applied towards your final bill.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel your party or event more than 2 weeks before the date it is scheduled for, we can refund your deposit entirely. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your party/event date, we cannot refund your deposit, however we can offer you store credit in the amount of your deposit. We are also able to reschedule your party any time up to 24 hours before the scheduled start with no additional penalty.

Do you have invitations?

Yes, please look under "Extras" at the top menu bar of our website. Right click and save the document and print as many as you want at home!

What if I have more than 10 children but less than 20? Which package should I pick?

Up to 5 additional jumpers may be added to the (10 jumper) Bounce Party package for $24 (Mon-Thurs) or $30 (Fri-Sun) each. If you exceed 15 jumpers, then you must upgrade to the (20 jumper) Super Fly party package. The same additional jumper rates apply to the Super Fly package as well, to a limit of 24 total jumpers. The additional jumper fee includes a bottle of water, but no additional food or seating. If you have more than 24 jumpers, please contact our Director of Sales at [email protected] to make a group booking.

Do you have loot bags?

We do not provide loot bags, but you are welcome to bring your own in, provided your guests do not consume them in our facility.
(Hint: a helium balloon from our balloon package, a drawstring backpack and our trampoline grip socks make for a great last-minute loot bag!)

What does the Party Host do?

Your Party Host is specially assigned to your party to act as a server, among other responsibilities. Your Party Host will welcome all your guests as they check in, point out the rules video for safe jumping, do a special birthday shout-out for the Guest of Honour, serve your pizza and dessert, take care of set-up/clean-up of your party table and present your final bill for payment. They help smooth interactions between you, our staff and our facility, so if you have any questions, comments or concerns about your party experience, please talk to your Party Host!

Can I bring in my own decorations?

We offer a helium balloon package for only $10, gold birthday crowns for $5 and party hats for $2. If you desire a specific theme or specialty balloons, you are welcome to bring those in, please just let our office admin know when confirming the party.

Are there any instructors or leaders in activities?

No, we offer free-play at our facilities. Although our Court Monitors are stationed at every court and act as lifeguards, their job is to ensure all guests are following the rules and jumping safely. They do not teach or guide guests in trampoline activities, however Court Monitors are always happy to referee a Dodgeball game for your crew!

Are there age restrictions on the parties?

Absolutely not! Guests of all ages are welcome to come party with us. We have hosted parties for all ages from 2 to 40+ (but those aren't the limits!). We can adapt our party packages to suit bachelor/bachelorette parties, corporate events, and team builders.

My child is allergic to nuts, is your facility nut-free?

We are striving toward a nut-free facility; however, we cannot guarantee that our ingredients have not come into contact with nuts at our suppliers' facilities or while being transported.

How long are parties?

The event is a total of 2 hours and 30 minutes long. This includes 2 hours of jump time and an extra 30 minutes at the party table for cake and presents.

Do you offer group rates?

Yes, we offer many different incentives to our group bookings! Please contact our Director of Sales to plan your group event at [email protected].

Do you require a deposit to book a group event?

Yes, we require a deposit equal to 50% of the total event cost to secure your booking.

Can we bring outside food in?

No, we ask that no outside food or drink is brought into the facility.

Do group events include tables?

We typically do not offer a table for group events as tables are reserved for party package bookings. However, for larger group bookings, please contact our Director of Sales at [email protected] to enquire about booking a table.

As a group, do we get any other special deals?

We offer groups a 20% discount off beverage pitchers, but that's only the start. Contact our Director of Sales at [email protected] for more group incentives!

Do you offer outside catering services?

Not at this time, but we are working on partnering with local catering companies.

Do I have to jump with my kids?

No, we do not require you to jump with your children. If they are fairly young though it may be worthwhile to have an adult jump with them. Children 2 years old and under get in free with a paying adult. If you are not jumping the 2-year-old will pay either the Toddler Time rate during Toddler Time or the General Admission rate outside of Toddler Time.

 

Is there a charge if you’re not jumping?

If you are not going to be jumping or be on the trampolines there is no fee for you.

 

Can I send my teenagers without supervision?

If you feel sufficiently comfortable leaving them without supervision, then they do not require supervision. And we are not responsible should they leave the facility.

 

Do you have any age restrictions?

We have no age restrictions whatsoever. People of all ages are welcome to come and jump. Children 2 and under jump for free with a participating adult. Otherwise, they pay General Admission or Toddler Time rate during Toddler Time hours.

 

For Neon Lights do you have any age restrictions?

We have no age restrictions for Neon Lights, although it is recommended for 13+ as it is a dark, loud environment.

 

Do you have an area for small children?

Yes, we have the Kiddie Court which is reserved for children 6 and under. They are not restricted to that area and are allowed access to the rest of the facility as well, but it is a safe place for little ones to jump.

Are socks included in general admission?

No, they are not included in the cost of general admission. The socks are $3 a pair and they are yours to keep and reusable for future visits. If you do have trampoline socks already you are welcome to bring them to use.

 

Why do I need to wear trampoline socks? Can’t I wear my own?

There are two major reasons for the trampoline socks: Safety and Sanitation. Regular socks have no grip on trampolines, which is why our socks do. Wearing our trampoline socks helps us keep our facility a little bit cleaner.

 

Can I use Trampoline Socks from a different facility?

Yes, but they must be from a certified trampoline park.

Do you have a place to purchase food?

Yes, our Drey Café hosts an assortment of food and beverages available for purchase. A full menu can be found here: Flying Squirrel Menu

 

My child is allergic to nuts, does your food have nuts?

We cannot guarantee that at no point our food has come in contact with nuts. While our kitchen does not have nuts, and our items do not contain nuts we cannot guarantee that they have not come in contact with nuts at our suppliers’ facility or while being transported.

 

Can I bring outside food/beverage in?

No, we ask that no outside food or beverage is brought in to our facility.

What is Neon Lights?

Neon Lights is a special event occurring Fridays and Saturdays from 9 pm to midnight. It is $25 for 3 hours of jump time. We turn off the lights and turn on our black lights, strobe lights, fog machine, and bring in a live DJ. It is essentially a dance club on trampolines!

 

Do you ever do Neon Lights any other time than Fridays and Saturdays at 9 pm to midnight?

No, currently we only offer Neon Lights on Fridays and Saturdays at 9 pm to midnight. We occasionally do small previews of the Neon Lights event at other times.

 

I want to go to Neon Lights what should I do?

It is recommended to arrive a little bit before 9 pm, and to have your waiver completely done in advance. If you are under 18 you need a waiver signed by your parent or guardian.

 

For Neon Lights do you have any age restrictions?

We have no age restrictions for Neon Lights, although it is recommended for 13+ as it is a dark, loud environment. The Neon Lights event caters to teenagers and young adults.

 

I have a “free 1-hour pass,” can I use this towards Neon Lights? Can I just pay the extra $5?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this exchange. You can purchase a Neon Lights ticket and save your pass for a time during regular hours.

When do you offer Fitness Classes?

How much are your classes?

The classes are $15 each class and include a free water bottle! Tax not included.

Do you have a fitness pass?
Yes, the pass is $100 for 10 classes! Tax not included.

To participate do I still require a waiver and trampoline socks?
Yes, all jumpers require a liability waiver and trampoline socks before having access to the trampolines.

What is Toddler Time? When is it?

Toddler Time is a discount time for children 6 and under. During Toddler Time children who are 6 and under jump for $10 an hour. Toddler Time is Monday-Friday 10 am to 1 pm and Saturday-Sunday 10 am to 11 am.

 

Can I still bring my older child(ren) during Toddler Time?

Yes, during Toddler Time our facility is open to all ages. Children older than 6 fall under the General Admission rate of $20.

 

Can I bring my toddler outside of Toddler Time?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your toddler at any time. However, outside of Toddler Time they pay General Admission which is $20 an hour per person.

Where can I find the waiver?

The waiver can be found by clicking the waiver button on the Menu. You will be directed to the location’s online waiver system. You may also fill out the waiver in-store on our computers via the same process.

 

How do I sign the waiver?

• Once at the correct web address, please click create an account if you do not have an account.
• The first page of information is all a legal adult’s information.
• You can now add your child(ren) and/or spouse as “participants” under the account.
• Click on “waiver” and follow the prompts.
• Sign by clicking and dragging your mouse inside the grey box, or by signing with your finger if you have a touchscreen
• Click Accept. The waiver will now be sent to our system.
• If you have any questions or concerns, contact us and we will verify the waiver.

 

Why do I have to fill out the waiver?

Trampolines, even when used correctly, can still cause injury. The waiver protects the Flying Squirrel from being sued. By signing the waiver, you are acknowledging the inherent risks in jumping on a trampoline and agreeing to not hold the Flying Squirrel accountable for any injuries that may occur. There are several other terms and conditions in the waiver, so please take the time to read it carefully.

 

Why can’t I have a paper waiver?

We have eliminated paper waivers in an effort to be environmentally friendly. Imagine how much paperwork we would have if we did paper waivers for all of our guests. If you’re guessing nearly a million you would be correct! The online waiver allows us to search you in the system and once you sign the electronic waiver it is valid for 2 years or until the child turns 18. Legally we have to keep paper waivers for 7 years, we would very quickly run out of storage space for that many waivers.

 

I signed a waiver previously, is it still valid?

If you signed a waiver electronically it is valid for 2 years from the date you signed it; provided you filled it out correctly and the child has not turned 18 since then.

 

Can I sign the waiver for someone else’s children?

No, you cannot sign a waiver for a child unless you are their parent or legal guardian.

 

How do I get the parents/guardians of another child to sign the waiver?

Please direct them to our website and have them create an account.

 

Can I print the waiver?

The waiver can only be filled out online. It is not able to be printed. There is no need to print! Once the waiver is signed online it goes right to our database. A big part of the reason we have online waivers is to cut down on the usage of paper.

 

I don’t want to give out all this personal information, what should I do?

Unfortunately, we require all of that information in order for you to jump. Your birth date proves you are a legal adult, your address and phone number are ways to contact you in case of an emergency. We don’t sell any personal information, and it is securely stored. We rarely send out emails, but may offer special promotions, such as Christmas/Seasonal events or birthday specials. You can also opt-out of such email promotions.

 

Who must sign the waiver?

The Family Pass is a punch pass for 10 one-hour tickets. It is $175 plus tax. It can be used at any time. One punch per person per hour. The card never expires. If the card has been associated with your account we may be able to replace any lost or stolen cards.
